Clear-Span Structures: No Support Posts
Our clear-span structures offer completely open interior areas with no obstructive posts. This means maximum flexibility for your layout, free movement of forklifts and trucks, optimal use of every square foot, and easy reconfiguration with changing needs.
Available Sizes:
- Small Units: 1,000 – 5,000 sq ft
- Medium Structures: 5,000 – 20,000 sq ft
All structures are expandable. Start small and grow modularly as your needs increase.
Flexible Rental and Purchase Options
Lease Options:
Minimum lease period is 6 months. After the original lease is completed, you can extend the lease agreement or keep the structure on a month-to-month basis as long as you need the building. Rental rates will not increase for as long as you have the structure.
Purchase Option:
Purchase structures for permanent use or multiple locations. Material warranty is 3 years, labor and workmanship warranty is 1 year.
Lease-to-Own:
If you rent and then decide to purchase, a portion of your rent is applied to reduce the purchase price.
